Electrician

Passed the National Apprenticeship Certificate / ITI Examination in the trade of “Electrician”. One year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Fitter

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Fitter Trade. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Pipe Fitter

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Pipe Fitter Trade. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Rigger

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Rigger Trade. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Composite Welder

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Welder / Welder (G&E) /TIG & MIG Welder / Structural Welder / Welder (Pipe and Pressure Vessels) / Advance Welder / Gas Cutter Trade. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Structural Fabricator

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Structural Fitter / Fabricator Trade. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Draughtsman

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Mechanical Stream. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Carpenter

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Carpenter / Shipwright (wood) trade. Minimum 01 year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Electric Crane Operators

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Electrician trade and having minimum 01 year experience in MDL / Ship-building industry as Electric Crane Operator may apply for the post of Electric Crane Operator. One year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Machinist

National Apprenticeship Certificate Passed in Machinist / Machinist (Grinder) trade. One year shipbuilding experience is compulsory.

Painter

Personal Assistant Cum Clerk

Graduate with 50% marks in aggregate in any Discipline from any University recognised by UGC having proficiency in English. Candidates must know operation of MS office. English shorthand of minimum 100 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute. Candidates should have minimum Two years’ experience.
