AIC Management Trainee Age Limit:

Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01/06/2023.

Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd June 1993 and not later than 01st June 2002 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL), +10 years for PwBD and 05 years for Ex-servicemen.

AIC Management Trainee Salary:

The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of ₹ 60,000/- p.m. during the training period of one year.

On absorption, as Administrative Officer, the emoluments will be fixed in the scale of pay of ₹ 50,925- 2500(14)- 85,925- 2710(4)- 96,765 plus such other increment / allowance like DA, HRA, CCA etc.

AIC Management Trainee Qualification / Eligibility:

Graduation in Agriculture Marketing/ Agriculture Marketing & Cooperation/ Agriculture Business Management/ Rural Management with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognised by the Govt. of India/ Govt. Bodies/ AICTE (OR)

Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. Bodies/ AICTE with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree (MBA) / Diploma (PGDM – ABM) with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. Bodies/ AICTE.
