MP ESB Group 4 Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2025

Stenographer

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed certificate with Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) Hindi and English Typing conducted under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
4. Passing Certificate of Hindi Stenography Test with speed of 100 wpm from recognized institution/ council.

Assistant Grade-3

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination from a recognized board/ institution.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed certificate with Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) Hindi and English Typing conducted under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Coding Clerk

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed certificate with Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) Hindi and English Typing conducted under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
4. 01 year coding work experience mandatory from Recognized Government/ Private Medical College/ Hospital.

Receptionist cum Clerk

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.

Steno Typist

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed certificate with Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) Hindi and English Typing conducted under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
4. Passing Certificate of Hindi Stenography Test with speed of 80 wpm from recognized institution/ council..

Cook Grade-2

1. Passed Higher Secondary or Higher Secondary (10+2) examination under the old system from an institution recognized by the Government.
2. Passed cooking examination from a recognized institution.
3. 5 years experience of cooking in reputed Hotel or Institute.

Telephone Operator

1. Passed Higher Secondary or Higher Secondary (10+2) examination under the old system from an institution recognized by the Government.
2. Experience of Telephone Operator from I.T.I. or recognized Institution.

Documentalist

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed certificate with Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) Hindi and English Typing conducted under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Personal Assistant

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed certificate with Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) Hindi and English Typing conducted under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
4. Passing Certificate of Stenography Test with speed of 100 wpm from recognized institution/ council.

Store Keeper

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination from a recognized Board/ Institution.
2. Two years experience of store keeper work is mandatory.

A.P.C.D

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Certificate of passing Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) organized by Madhya Pradesh Government, Science and Technology Department with Hindi typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Record Clerk

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institution.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Certificate of passing Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) with Hindi Typing conducted by Madhya Pradesh Government, Science and Technology Department.

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from a recognized Board/ Institute.
2. Candidate should have passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from a recognized University/ Institution.
3. Passed Certificate in Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted under Government of Madhya Pradesh, Department of Science and Technology with Hindi typing 20 words per minute and English typing 30 words per minute.
