For Group B Posts: Level-09 of ORSP, 2017

OSSC CGLRE 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years.
Maximum 38 years as on 1st January 2023.
Upper Age relaxation – 05 years for SEBC / SC / ST & All WOmen, 10 years for PwD.
Educational Qualifications:
Inspector of Legal Metrology, Group B | Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics as one of the subject or Technology or Engineering (OR) Diploma in Engineering + 03 years of professional experience. |
Junior Chemist, Group B | Degree in Chemistry or relevant qualification. |
Senior Laboratory Assistant, Group B | B.Pharma. |
Statistical Assistant, Group B | Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with Honours in Maths / Statistics / Computer Application / Physics / Economics etc. |
Market Intelligence Inspector, Group C | Degree in Humanities / Science / Commerce or equivalent qualification. |
Computer Programmer, Group C | Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce or equivalent degree with PGDCA. |
Other Eligibility:
Must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as language subject (OR)
Must have passed HSC Examination or equivalent examination with Odia as Medium of examination in non-language subject (OR)
Must have passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above from a school or educational institution recognised by the Govt. of Odisha or the Central Govt. (OR)
Must have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Govt. of Odisha.
