IBPS SO Salary:

  • IBPS SO Salary is applicable as per government regulations.

Age limit:

Candidates must be under the following age restriction as of August 1, 2023. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/08/1993 and not later than 01/08/2003 (both dates inclusive). 1. I.T. Officer (Scale-I)

  • 4 years Engineering / Technology Degree BE/BTech in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation OR
  • PG Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Tele Communication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications OR
  • Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.

2. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I)

  • Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Fishery Science / Pisciculture / Agri. Marketing & Cooperation / Co-operation & Banking / Agro-Forestry / Forestry / Agricultural Biotechnology / Food Science / Agriculture Business Management / Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Sericulture.

3. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I)

  • PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR
  • Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree level.

4. Law Officer (Scale I)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council

5. HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I)

  • Graduate and Post Graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR / HRD / Social Work / Labour Law.

6. Marketing Officer (Scale I)

  • Graduate and MMS (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

For posts other than IT Officer Scale I: Candidates should have Certificate / Diploma / Degree in computer operations / Language / should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School / College / Institute.

Selection Process:

The Selection for IBPS SO will be of three stages. Candidates will be qualified for the next level only when they clear the initial level.

  • Prelims Exam
  • Mains Exam
  • Interview

Note:

  • The test will be bilingual, i.e. English and Hindi.
  • All questions will be of objective type with five options.
  • For each wrong answer, there will be 0.25 marks detected from the total marks.
  • But unanswered questions will not carry any negative marks.
  • There will be a sectional as well as an overall cut-off.
