Post Code: 06,09,13,14,15,16 – Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’
M.E/ M.Tech with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale with pre-eligiblity qualification of B.E/ B.Tech with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section B alone for candidates with AMIE.

M.Sc/ M.Sc (Teach) with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters) or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale with pre-eligiblity qualification of B.Sc with an aggregate minimum 60% or CGPA grading of6.5 on a 10 point scale.
