(i) A pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination or its equivalent (ii) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate Trade/Pass in Kerala Government Certificates in Engineering Examination in the appropriate Trade/Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate course in the appropriate Trade
