- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Working on the post of Clerical/ Chief Excise Constable/ Excise Constable/ IT Operator in the Excise Commissioner’s Office and its subordinate offices in permanent or officiating capacity in compliance with the orders of the High Court for the last five (05) years.
