PowerGrid Diploma Trainee Age Limit:

✔️ 27 years as on 23rd September 2023.
✔️ Age Relaxation: 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC / ST, As per Govt. of India directives for others.

PowerGrid Diploma Trainee Salary:

✔️ Stipend ₹ 27,500/- per month for during one year training period.
✔️ On successful completion of training, the candidates will be posted as Junior Engineer Grade IV Pay Scale is ₹ 25,000 – 3% – 1,17,500/- (IDA).

PowerGrid Diploma Trainee Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Full-Time Regular 03 Years Diploma in Civil / Electronics / Electrical or its relevant discipline of engineering from recognized Technical Board / Institute/
✔️ Minimum 70% Subjects for all semesters.
✔️  Higher Qualifications (B.E. / B.Tech) with or without Diploma is not allowed.

PowerGrid Diploma Trainee Selection Process:

Written Test (100% Weightage)

PowerGrid Diploma Trainee Exam Syllabus 2023: The Objective type written test total duration 02 hours. Each question have four choice of Answers.

Part I

Technical Knowledge Test (TKT) with 120 questions having specific
questions from respective discipline.

Part II

Supervisory Aptitude Test (SAT) with 50 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency and interpretation, numerical ability etc.
