Rajasthan High Court Driver Eligibility Criteria 2025

For Rajasthan High Court and Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority:-

1. Passed Senior Secondary from Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other Board recognized by the Government, and;
2. Valid Driving License holder of Light Motor Vehicle and;
3. Candidate should have 3 years of experience (as on last date of application 07.07.2025) in driving vehicles with automatic, power steering and power brakes after obtaining a valid Driving License, and;
4. Candidate’s eyesight should be 6/6 with or without glasses, and;
5. Candidate must have knowledge of roadside vehicle repair and proficiency in driving.

For District Courts and District Legal Services Authorities (including Taluka Legal Services Committee and Permanent Lok Adalats):-

1. Passed Senior Secondary from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other board recognized by the Government, and;
2. Valid driving license holder for driving light motor vehicles and transport vehicles, and;
3. Candidate should have 3 years experience of driving the said vehicles (till the last date of application 07.07.2025) after obtaining a valid driving license for driving light motor vehicles and transport vehicles, and;
4. Candidate’s eyesight should be 6/6 with or without glasses, and;
5. Candidate must have knowledge of roadside vehicle repair and proficiency in driving.
