Important Dates

The Telangana Directorate of School Education has also released the entire TRT Schedule for online registration dates and test dates along with the Telangana DSC Notification 2023. The online application period began on September 20, 2023, and will end on October 21, 2023, in accordance with TRT Notification 2023. The DSC TRT 2023 computer-based test will be given from November 20 to November 30, 2023.

Age Limit

Candidates who fall between the ages of 18 and 44 may apply for the TS TRT Recruitment 2023. According to government norms and regulations, an age relaxation will be offered.

TSDSC CBT Exam Schedule 2023

DSC Notification for TS TS DCS Exam Date 2023 has been published on its official website. The TS DSC Exam will take place from November 20 to November 30, 2023. Along with the TS DSC Exam Date, the DSC TRT 2023 Exam shift and times have been made public by the Telangana government’s Directorate of School Education. Sessions 1 and 2 of the DSC 2023 will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., respectively.

Note :

• Duration of Examination: 2 ½ Hours.
• Examination Sessions will be enhanced (or) reduced based on the number of candidates applied for online (CBT) DSC-2023.

Eligibility Criteria for TS DSC Recruitment 2023

Along with the DSC Notification 2023, the eligibility requirements for the TS TRT Recruitment 2023 in terms of citizenship, age, and educational background will be made public. The following discussion covers the anticipated qualifying requirements.

School Assistants (SA’s)

School Assistant – Mathematics/ Physical Science/ Biological Science/ Social Studies/ English/ Telugu/ Hindi/ Urdu/ Kannada/ Tamil/ Marathi/ Sanskrit/ Physical Education :

1. Must possess a Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in a relevant subject (or its allied subjects as given in the Annexure to this G.O.) with 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)/ Special Education in B.Ed. course with relevant subjects. OR
2. Must possess a 4-year B.A.B.Ed./ B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks in a relevant subject. ANDPass Paper II of the Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)/ Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with i. Mathematics and Science or ii. Social Studies as Optional.

Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs)

1. Must Possess Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% Marks and Pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ Special Education in D.Ed/ 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education. OR
2. Must Possess Intermediate/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% Marks in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (i.e those who are admitted into D.El.Ed. up to the year 2007) and pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ Special Education in D.Ed./ 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education. ANDPass Paper-I of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)/ Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test. (CTET).

Language Pandits (LPs)

Language Pandit – Telugu/ Hindi/ Urdu/ Kannada/ Marathi/ Tamil/ Sanskrit :

1. Must possess a Graduation with a relevant subject as one of the Optional/ Graduation in Literature in a relevant subject/ Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in a relevant subject/ Post Graduation Degree in relevant with at least 50% and Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)/ Special Education in B.Ed course with relevant subject as a Methodology subject or Language Pandit Training in relevant subject from any institution recognized by NCTE. OR
2. Must possess a 4-year B.A.B.Ed./ B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree with at least 50% marks in a relevant subject. ANDPass Paper II of the Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET)/ Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with i. Mathematics and Science or ii. Social Studies as Optional.

Physical Education Teacher (PETs)

1. Must possess an Intermediate (or its equivalent) recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana with a minimum of 50% marks. AndA Certificate/ Under Graduate Diploma in Physical Education/ Diploma in Physical Education from an institution recognized by the NCTE. OR
2. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. AndBachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) of at least one-year duration from any institution recognized by NCTE.
